September is a busy month filled with excitement and changes. New jobs and projects, new schools, new activities, new opportunities!
This month also hosts the Terry Fox Run with events across Canada raising money for cancer research, as well as World Heart Day.
September 22 is the first day of autumn, a favourite season among many in our office. Soon the leaves will change colour and our warmer clothes will make their way to the front of our closets.
Many activities present themselves this time of year to help us stay active. These include nature hikes, indoor sporting leagues, and a family favourite, apple picking. If you are in the Toronto area during the evening of October 4th plan to explore the contemporary art exhibits of 'nuit blanche'.

Overall, the key to healthy teeth lays in a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, limiting unhealthy snacks, proper oral care, and seeing your dentist on a regular basis. |

| PROTECT YOUR WINNING SMILE! |
